Accommodated to us even though we were an annoying booking of 9 at 8pm, super friendly great service great food and lots of effort which you don’t usually see this late when people want to finish! “ I was with people from work, and there were 36 of us. When ordering, we had already chosen before going, which made things run smoothly. The waiter staff came out with our burgers and called out what they had as everyone was sitting all along one wall. It was hard to hear sometimes, but everyone was happy with their food. The atmosphere was great when we arrived, and in the end, we were the last group, so we could chat and mingle with our group freely, which was great. ”
“ Has a better feel than the Chermside one. Ordered from the table, even shows the wait time! We didn't have to wait long for the food 10ish mins nice and friendly. Might not look like much on the plate but definitely filling with just burgers and chips. Menus are basic and easy to choose from and the burgers taste pretty spot on, chips were well seasoned and cooked spot on too. There was a decent crew keeping the orders up and out which was great to see. ”

For the price, the portion was only a few mouthfuls, which is unreasonable. When customers order a meal, they should receive a full serving size. It was the saddest salad I have ever eaten. Edit: The Grill’d team helped justify this issue. 10/10 customer service/support. Which is why I am bumping this review from a 1 star to a 4. ”
